Deal or Death is a social deduction game for 5-11 players, built on strategic negotiation and calculated deception. Haggle and form coalitions in a series of fast-paced negotiations, while facing the constant threat of betrayal with various hidden roles. Who can you trust to make you rich?
Two Executives compete to close the most Deals with Shareholders, but the Anarchist and other Infiltrators pursue their own agendas. Over a series of two-minute Negotiations, each Executive will privately barter with every other player for information and support. While these meetings occur, the other players will be in a separate Networking space, where they can discuss terms and discover roles.

An Executive beats the other Executive by closing more Deals.
Shareholders desire Paperclips and a Deal with the winning Executive.
The Anarchist seeks to disrupt Deals and force a stalemate at the end.
The Intern follows the Anarchist and maintains the same agenda.
The Entrepreneur aims to siphon Paperclips for their own gain.
The Consultant is aligned with chaos but cannot lie to the Executives.

Brisk gameplay, real-time interactions, and no player eliminations ensure that everyone is actively having a blast. While negotiations are underway, other players may strategize and determine who to trust.

With six unique roles and multiple win conditions, players have the agency to collaborate and deceive each other as they decide which alliances to make or break. Thoughtful mechanics guide the flow of information.
